M.O.L.E.® EV6 is the market’s only six-channel touchscreen thermal profiler, enabling immediate interaction with process calculation templates, profile viewing, and pass/fail analysis on the device. BreadOMETER® taps into the power of automatic S-Curve analysis to ensure optimal crumb set texture and shelf-life consistency. Repeatability of placement location and resulting data capture is ensured for anyone tasked with profiling. Simply insert the probe up to the Stop Plate so the entire probe rises with oven spring. Obtain optimal bake times and oven settings and achieve copy-exact production across all lines with the patented BreadOMETER.

CakeOMETER® takes ‘have your cake and eat it, too’ to a new level. Uniting pinpoint measurement accuracy within a unique design for batter stability, ECD’s CakeOMETER provides in-process thermal transformation data for cakes. Take the guesswork out of time/temperature exposure for various cake recipes. With CakeOMETER, down to the second baking process perfection can be had. 

OvenBALANCER® utilizes patented solid-state Mass Puck technology to independently validate the lateral balance of tunnel ovens or top-to-bottom balance in rotating rack ovens. There is no need for bulky probes or individual thermocouples. Three magnetically attached sensor panels profile a combination of oven zone temperatures and convective heat flow consistency.  With this data, cold spot burner performance variations and any inconsistencies in fans, exhaust baffles, or coloraiders can be isolated to ensure production uniformity from oven to oven.
