Phillip Stringer is the founder of Comprehensive Process Solutions, LLC, and an accomplished Engineering and R&D professional with 14 years of experience in the Food, Agriculture, and Pharmaceutical industries. His global expertise, gained from working in over 30 countries across six continents, equips him with a deep understanding of diverse client needs.
Driven by a passion for Process Engineering and turning innovative ideas into reality, Phillip has collaborated with organizations ranging from startups to multinational corporations worth over $40 billion. He has played a key role in designing and implementing manufacturing systems that span from ingredient handling to packaging.
With experience as a senior technical contributor to capital projects valued at up to $100 million, Phillip has also led initiatives at a science and innovation center, where he strengthened R&D capabilities and supported customers in adopting technologies and processes for new product development and process optimization.
Phillip takes pride in working with and training professionals at all organizational levels. He holds dual master’s degrees in Science Management and Leadership, as well as an MBA, combining technical expertise with strategic business insight. His passion is building resilient business and manufacturing systems through technical empowerment.
