Ingredients

• Shortening – 36%
• Unsalted butter – 10%
• Allulose – 50.7%
• Stevia – 0.16%
• Promitor – 47.35%
• Baking Powder – 2%
• Sodium Bicarbonate – 2%
• Fresh Egg – 18.8%
• Salt – 2%
• Dry Molasses – 9%
• Tender Gel – 11.3%
• Mira-gel – 7.5%
• Ap Flour – 100%
• Artificial Vanilla Flavor – 1%
• Chocolate Chips – 91%

Method

1. Weigh the shortening , all ‘sugar’, and leavening agents and mix them through bowl mixer for 1 min 30 @ low speed 1.
2. Add fresh egg and mix for 25 s through mixer @ low speed 1.
3. Add other ingredients and mix through bowl mixer @ low speed 1 for 20 s and then change to medium speed 2 for 1 min and 30 s.
4. Set oven at 350°F and bake for 15 mins.
