About Alejandro

Alejandro is an agroindustrial engineer and Certified Baking Technologist from the Baking School at AIB International (Manhattan, KS). He has been involved in the cereal and food processing industry after his college time. He is a dynamic professional who is currently managing high-speed breadmaking operations and leading R&D projects at Grupo Bimbo.
