      We have tried to provide a variety of categories to make it easier to find discussion topics of interest.  At the same time we did not want to have 100 categories and make it too overwhelming.

      Open discussion is usually for general comments and information, introductions etc.  Then we have grouped things in to bread related, cake related, other products and specialty categories.

      If you think we have missed a category that deserves it owns forum for discussion, please let us know!
