      Hi there.  In one of the bakerpedia videos, the Mecatherm M-NS divider was recommended.  What would be a good complimentary rounder to go with it?  Thanks so much.

      Sorry I should elaborate that a bit.  We are trying to make our artisan bread production more automated.  Our common bread sizes are 1lb, 1.5lb, 3lb, and 4lb.  These are proofed on simply a tray, in basket, in sandwich pan, or in baguette pan.  I see the M-NS being a good addition to our production.  But still, I would like to get our bakers off the bench away from rounding the bread by hand if possible.  Having said that, we are dealing with artisan breads.  So quality is very important to us.  Thanks so much.

      @rayy I totally agree with you on getting away from rounding at the bench. This is tremendous strain on the wrist. Let me see if Mecatherm has any solutions for this.
