      Hey professionals,

      I’m going to create my new bakery lab

      The following brands are my choice and i need your recommendations for equipments brands

      Mixers : Diosna laboratory mixers

      Oven : miwe conviction oven

      Proofer: miwe

      Moulder : dal maso

      Sheeter : Rondo

      Divider and rounder : Erica

      Balances : mettler toledo

      Texture analyser  ( perten tvt)

      Bread volume: not yet ( i have to option 1- perten BVM6600 or   Vol scan but i think Volscan is better

       

      And for flour lab

      Farinograph-

      Extensograph

      Alveograph

      Viscograph

       

      Any suggestions?
