      I just wanted to see if you know anything about hydrolyzed egg white powder? It’s function? How to replace it? Difference between regular egg white powder? My company is if you want to look at my ingredients on the product page

      Do you think Alpha cyclodextrin could replace this and if so how? Would it need to be used with another ingredient like pea protein?

      @elite-sweets I believe alpha dextrin from Wacker would do the trick.
