      Hope you all are doing well. I’m Talha from Pakistan. Its been a great pleasure for me to now become a member of bakerpedia family. By profession I’m a Food Engineer graduated in late 2017. I start my professional career form a reputable bakery set-up located in Karachi. Afterwards I joined a commercial biscuit baking industry located in Balochistan, Pakistan with the brand name of Bisconni-IIL (A top-notch biscuit manufacturing industry of Pakistan). Then I joined Soya Supreme (APAG), a well known oil and fat manufacturing industry located in Karachi. And now I’m associated with a German flavouring company (Symrise AG), and leading their flavor application laboratory owned by their sole agent’s in Pakistan. I’m following bakerpedia from my university days. This webpage assist me every time whenever I need guidance and tips regarding professional baking and I hope this platform will continue adding value in my professional career ahead. Thanks for reading my brief professional introduction.
