      I have a small cake business from home, and I’ve had a challenge finding reliable information on preservatives to increase shelf life of blondies and of sponge cakes with buttercream or cream cheese based icing, that does not alter the overall taste significantly? Could someone tell me what product i could use, where to find it, and what ratio to use? I look forward to hearing from someone. Thank you
