Ingredients
In Baker’s Percent: (%)
- White Flour – 100%
- Sugar – 1.5%
- Oil – 3%
- Fresh Block Yeast – 5%
- Fresh PTY IDY – 3%
- Fermaid Flex 1214E – 1.5%
Method
- Mix dough to full development.
- Scale 3 x 425 grams dough pieces and round.
- Sheet with Roll-Fix to 12 inches diameter and put in 12 inches pizza baking pans with plastic cover.
