About Luis Belozerco

Luis Belozerco is a Baking Professional for the Baking and Food Technical Services department of AIB International, with primary duties related to in-house and on-site baking training and consulting support for the international bakery and food service industry. Prior to joining AIB International, Luis was involved in food innovation and new product development. His career spans over 30 years in the food industry. As director of R&D for major international and domestic companies, Luis led teams responsible for new product development from idea to commercialization specializing in pizza, tortillas, and flatbreads. Luis graduated from the University of Buenos Aires in Argentina.
